Measuring Explained
When measuring your railings, there are a few things you must take into consideration:
STRAIGHT RAILING MEASUREMENT
Straight Railing = A + B + C + D
Measure your deck from corner-to-corner as shown on the left.
Round up each measurement to the next foot.
Add the total of the rounded measurements (A + B + C + D) BEFORE submitting your sketch/drawing.
STAIRT RAILING MEASUREMENT
Stair Railing = E
For your stairs, measure from nose to nose as shown in dimension "E" shown on the right.
Round up each measurement to the next foot.
If you need railing on both sides of the stairs, you will have to double your measurement.
If you don't have stairs, do not worry about "E"
